Assumptions and sources
- New model prices from HubSpot's Flexible Seats-and-Credits Pricing supplement: Core Seat $20/$60/$90, Front Office Seat $120/$150 (Starter n/a); 5,000/10,000/15,000 included credits; $0.01 a credit above that; email sends 15/5/2/0.5 credits and workflow actions 3/2/0.5/0.1 credits by monthly volume band; packs as listed there.
- Legacy Marketing Hub and Sales Hub prices from HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog. Service Hub ($100/$150 a seat), Content Hub ($500/$1,500), Data Hub ($800/$2,000) and Revenue seat ($95/$140) are from a third-party price summary and should be checked against your own quote.
- Credit bands are treated as graduated. Sends or actions beyond a pack are charged at the band for your total monthly volume. HubSpot's supplement does not say either way.
- The calculator buys the cheapest mix of packs and pay-as-you-go credits. Agent packs are priced at the same $0.01 a credit as pay-as-you-go, so they are not shown separately.
- Legacy: emails and workflow actions are included (send limit 10× the contact tier on Pro, 20× on Enterprise); only AI usage draws credits (3,000 Pro / 5,000 Ent included, 5,000 / 10,000 with Data Hub); accepted quotes are free with a Revenue seat.
- Currency: HubSpot publishes the seats-and-credits list in euros and the legacy list in US dollars. Everything here is shown in USD with the published numerals unchanged (a $120 Front Office Seat is the supplement's €120 seat). Monthly list on annual terms, no onboarding fees, no discounts. Prices change; confirm with HubSpot or your partner before you sign anything.
